The upgrade licenses extend our vision sensors with additional functions such as measuring, reading 1D and 2D codes, and our fix-mounted ID readers with reading difficult-to-read DPM codes.
The CS60-UP ID LICENSE adds the Localize and Detect ID Code functions to the sensor. Using the code, its x/y position can be used to track subsequent tools. Additionally, 1D and 2D codes are read.
To activate the upgrade, the license file is simply transferred to the sensor using the nVision-i Start interface.
